The 26,725-sq-m property will have two clusters of retail establishments. A one-story building connected to the anchor supermarket, Metro Gaisano, will be situated at the northern end of the lot while a second building will feature select retail and service concepts to address the needs of the market. There will also be a mix of dining establishments with provisions for al fresco dining.
This is fantastic for the residents of Talisay City, but it is horrible news for residents of Bacolod. Instead of praising Ayala, residents of Bacolod should be damning them. This move gives citizens of North Point a reason to come to Bacolod City less often, taking money away from retail establishments around the city and in turn hurting the middle and lower class.
Again, the move is great for residents of Talisay and North Point, but horrible for Bacolodnon workers and shoppers.
